Find out the best use of the reserved area
Access the reserved area on marcoliani.it/en
Click on “LOGIN” in the site menu
Enter your username and password.
Have you lost your password?
If you no longer remember your password, click on “Lost password?”
Place an order in the reserved area
Access the reserved area and choose, directly from the homepage, the category of your interest.
Then select the desired product by clicking on it and enter the dedicated page.
At this point you will enter the menu of the single stocking and you can select the desired quantity of purchase through the “+” and “-” buttons under each product. Once you have finished choosing the number of items, click on “ADD TO BASKET” under each product image.
Once you have finished the purchase process, select the “ORDER PREVIEW” button in the shopping cart at the top right of the page to complete the order and define details for shipping and payment.
You can now return to the order screen and click on “ORDER CONFIRMATION” you will see this thank you screen.
Otherwise select the item “NO” and modify the address directly from the previous page by selecting the red item “ADD A NEW SHIP TO ADDRESS”.
Once you have completed the fields with the correct address, click on “CONFIRM” to save the changes.
You can now return to the order screen and click on “ORDER CONFIRMATION”. If the procedure was successful, you will see this thank you screen.
Click “OK” and confirm the payment method to associate with the transaction. By choosing “CHOOSE A PAYMENT TERM” you will pay with terms and conditions as already agreed with your sales representative. Otherwise by choosing “BY CREDIT CARD IN ADVANCE” you will need to enter your credit card credentials for the prepayment.
If the purchase was successful, this thank you screen will now appear. Check your inbox: you will receive an additional order confirmation there.
